Because we build with AI, transparency about AI use matters. Here's how we handle your data with AI tools:

  • We use AI tools to design, build, and deliver services. Full vendor disclosure available upon request for clients with specific compliance or due-diligence requirements.
  • Data you share with us may be processed by these AI providers to complete your project.
  • We use API-tier accounts where possible, which by default do NOT train AI models on your data.
  • We never knowingly submit your confidential business data, customer PII, or proprietary IP to consumer AI tools.
  • For sensitive projects, we can use private/self-hosted AI models upon request.

Every provider we use meets the following standards:

  • SOC 2 Type II certified (or equivalent)
  • Industry-leading security and compliance posture
  • Clear data handling and retention policies
  • Enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest
